Monday 9th 2009
9:00 1 large apple
11:00 2 brown rice cakes with 2 tablespoons of almond butter
1:30 1 large apple
3:00 Isagenix shake

7:00 Tuna steak in a bag

Tuesday 10th 2009
8:00 - 1 large apple
9:30 - 1 brown rice cake with 2 tablespoons of almond butter
10:30 - 1 decaf tea, 1 teaspoon honey, 1 teaspoon cream
11:30 - 1 large apple, 1 tablespoon almond butter
1:30 - isagenix shake
2:00 - 1 ozs cashews
3:00 - isagenix shake
6:30 - protein bar (the one that Joe Virga sells)

8:30 - 4 egg white, bumble bee salmon in a bag (180cal)
60ozs water




Wednesday March 11 2009
7:30 egg white omelet
7:30 2 pieces of toast (3 fiber/100 cal a slice), 2 tablespoon on strawberry jam
10:00 - 2 eggs,
1 large apple
12:30 - 2 eggs
1:30 - 2 cups broccoli
2:30 - 1 large apple, 1 table spoon of almond butter
4:00 - pure protein shake (160 cal, 35 protein, 1 Fat, 1 Sugar, 2 carb)

6:30 - 2 hard boiled eggs
7:00 - pure protein shake (160 cal, 35 protein, 1 Fat, 1 Sugar, 2 carb)





Thursday - 30th birthday
7:30 - Egg white omelet, 2 pieces of toast (3 fiber/100 cal a slice), 2 tablespoon on strawberry jam
10:30 - pure protein shake (160 cal, 35 protein, 1 Fat, 1 Sugar, 2 carb)
11:30 - 1 tablespoon of Soy nut butter on a piece of Kavli Whole grain Crisp bread (30 calories, 0 fat, 0 sugar, 2 protein, 3 fiber, 12 carb)
1:30- Salad with shrimp, 2 tablespoons on ginger dressing

1:30 - 3 pieces of eel avocado
6:00pm - cod fish with clams and scallops, yellow rice, couple bites of fried ice cream, 2 mojities, 1 margarita, 3 sangria's



Friday - 13th
8:30 - 4 egg white omelet
10:00 - CKO workout
11:30 - muscle milk, apple
11:30 - 3:30 - trapeze workout
4:00 - Subway 2 veggie patty sandwich (6 inches), lettuce, tomatoes, onions, hot sauce, oregano, olives, peppers
7:00 - cheese sandwich on whole grain bread.
8:00 - 2 amstel lights



Saturday Night - Dinner Party
2 baked eggs with slice of fochia bread and smoked salmon. coffee with 2 tablespoons of cream
2 hard boiled eggs
(Note to Lenore, I cant remember everything I had for dinner but this is most of it. -
shrimp, rice, 2 salmon cakes, asparagus, veggie noodles, salad, a piece of banana caramel pie, couple bites of flan-
2 shots of henni, 3 amstel lights, 1 shot of tequila, 1 white Russian, 3 sangria's (Lions and tigers and bears...oh my)

Sunday 15th
1 white russian, 2 mimosa's
Shrimp with a piece of bread (bad...bad bread..it was white :( )
a couple bites of banana caramel pie/ couple bites of flan / an awesome brownie with an "M" on it)
1/2 cup of veggie noodle soup
2 corn on the cob
3 tablespoons of soy nut peanut butter of 2 Kavli Whole grain Crisp bread
large salad - 3 cups. (not sure what kind of dressing)
